China - Oolong

Highly aromatic and flavorful, Chinese oolongs offer deep, rich flavor notes. Because of the large leaf that is used, many of these Chinese oolongs are excellent for the Gong Fu method of tea-brewing. Ti-Guan-Yins, or "Iron Goddess of Mercy" teas, are some of the best styles of oolong to be produced in China.
